Internode has followed its top ranking in Roy Morgan’s latest ISP customer satisfaction poll with consumers rating the company as Australia's best ISP in a national review on ProductReview.com.au
Internode achieved its top ranking in the ISP survey at www.productreview.com.au after receiving an average rating of 4.68 out of five stars. All other companies on the list rated less than three stars. Confirming the 88.6 per cent customer satisfaction ranking reported last week by Roy Morgan Research, this accolade adds to three major successes achieved by Internode late last year: - Internode’s selection as the Emerging Broadband Service Provider of the Year in the 2009 Frost & Sullivan Australia Best Practices Awards in November 2009;
- Topping a biennial ISP customer satisfaction survey by consumer advocacy group Choice; and
- Collecting the inaugural Best Internet Service Provider title in the annual SMLES survey held by AFR Smart Investor magazine.
ProductReview.com.au General Manager Victoria Kraguen said product reviews on the website reflected a clear trend. "Privately-owned Internet providers often offer better service, at better prices,” she said. "Internode is more than giving the big guys a run for their money: It is setting the bar higher for the sector."
Internode managing director Simon Hackett said this latest success was welcome news. “Our team works very hard to make our customers happy, so it is gratifying to learn that independent surveys reveal we are succeeding in achieving that goal,” he said. Internode is a first tier IP carrier committed to using broadband technology to redefine the national telecommunications environment. The Australian-owned company is a trailblazer that delivers broadband services to individuals and businesses throughout Australia.
