Northline's new Norwood officeNational freight and logistics company Northline has successfully moved its headquarters from Greenhill Road to new, larger premises in the former AV Jennings building at 62 The Parade, Norwood.

Since signing a five-year lease in April, Northline has undertaken a major refit of the top-floor office. The 29-year-old company moved its head office, with 65 employees, into the new office on the June long weekend.

The high profile building, a local landmark on the Parade, provides more than 1140 square metres of space. As well as fantastic natural lighting, the premises contain a recently installed lift and about 45 reserved undercover carparks. Located nearly opposite Norwood Oval, the new office also scored a thumbs-up from Northline’s CEO Craige Whitton – who barracks for the Redlegs in the SANFL!

Northline is an Australian logistics company that specialises in servicing remote locations throughout the country. The privately-owned business, which employs more than 400 people, provides freight, warehousing, international freight services and undertakes special projects throughout Australia.

Northline was established in Adelaide in 1983 to focus on long haul routes, especially the 3000km “lane” to Darwin. The company remains committed to delivering everything from consumer goods to large mining equipment to remote locations throughout the country.

Northline has moved all of its head office services to Norwood including its executive, finance, sales and marketing, communications, HR and IT teams. The company has also moved its Client Services division, which provides support services for customers throughout Australia, to the new office.

Northline’s transport depot and SA distribution centre remains at Ferryden Park.
