Simon HackettInternode received an industry gong for innovation at the annual ACOMM Awards in Sydney last night.

Internode took home the Innovation in Content Delivery award for the development of its industry-leading Content Distribution Network (CDN).

Internode’s CDN was acknowledged as one of the best channels through which organisations can deliver mass unmetered content to their customers. Each month, the CDN serves more than 100 terabytes of data to customers including TiVo, FetchTV and major radio networks.

Internode founder Simon Hackett thanked his team for their hard work in achieving in the awards. “I’m thrilled Internode received this gong tonight and pretty chuffed that the technology has been so well received by our customers.”
